Refund policy

Return Policy

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@houseoffarm.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return we will inspect it. 

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., intimate apparel, custom orders, sale items) are non-returnable.
