INGREDIENTS
Fresh strawberries (hulled & halved)
1 cup chilled heavy cream
2–3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
RECIPE
1. Rinse, hull, and slice the strawberries. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Let them sit for 10–15 minutes to release their juices.
2. Whisk the cream with the remaining sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
3. Spoon the strawberries into serving bowls.
4. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
