INGREDIENTS
1 packet hake steaks / loins
1 tub cream
1 tub plain yoghurt
1 packet mushrooms
Grated cheese
Handful of parsley
RECIPE
1. Lay fish in a rectangle baking dish.
2. Sprinkle cheese over fish and then parsley.
3. Mix cream and yoghurt together, and then add mushrooms.
4. Soup the mixture together and then pour over fish.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 Degrees Celcius.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
